Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully wrap the rug in its original heavy-duty plastic packaging or equivalent protective material to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
